There are occasions where a package is returned as undeliverable.
- Packages can be marked undeliverable for numerous reasons:
- An outdated or incorrect address is a common reason for package returns. Usually, the courier will hold the package for a specific time frame before it is returned to us. Be sure to double-check your address carefully when placing your order.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided and your order has already shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can evaluate if sending a replacement is possible. However, please note that it’s not guaranteed as all sales are final and refunds can not be granted.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If there’s merely a spelling mistake, like "Loa Angeles, CA, 90210," it’s likely that your local post office can still ascertain the correct address. We encourage you to contact them for additional help.
- If there are discrepancies in the street name, zip code, or city, we will take the initiative to contact your local post office to make the needed corrections. If it is no longer feasible, we will proceed with issuing a replacement.

- If the address format does not align with our system's requirements, or if the package has been assigned to a carrier that cannot access that address, it may lead to delivery complications.
- You might have provided a restricted address. When sending orders to locations like correctional facilities or prisons, there could be specific delivery restrictions affecting both the items and the carrier.
- The carrier made an attempt to deliver your package, but delivery was not successful. Most of our carriers will try more than once to deliver, and if they cannot do so, the package will be returned to us.
- The intended recipient opted not to accept the delivery. If the recipient is unaware of a gift, they may refuse the package, believing it to be a mistake.
