1. Acquiring a product with a warranty can instill confidence in your purchase. If the item doesn’t work as expected during its lifespan and you have purchased our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, a warranty may allow for a replacement that covers the product’s cost minus shipping fees.

   • Misuse, natural wear and tear, or product discontinuation will invalidate this warranty.

   • “Lifetime” describes the duration that the product is in active production.
   • Can be canceled without prior notice to the customer.
2. To use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Please document the item by taking a photo or short video.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Attach the photo or video.
3. If a replacement has been approved, we will update you within 48 hours.
