Late Deliveries

1. Usually, packages are delivered without delay, but there are times when orders arrive past the anticipated delivery date.
   
   1. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
      1. Incorrect address or missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number.
         1. If your shipping address corresponds with the details in the Order Confirmation email we provided, please check Shipping and Delivery.
         2. If your provided shipping address is incorrect according to the Order Confirmation email we sent, unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address.

      2. Severe weather conditions
         1. Adverse weather, including storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, and severe heat waves, can frequently delay deliveries. Just like any other courier service, delivery companies may face difficulties during severe weather events. For local weather information, we recommend checking your news channels. If your local post office reports bad weather conditions, your delivery might be delayed. We appreciate your understanding regarding this unfortunate matter.
      3. International customs procedures
         1. If your shipment is being held up at customs because of a delay in clearance, we respectfully ask for your understanding while they process your package.
