- If you haven’t received an email with your tracking number yet, please get in touch with us through our Contact Form page. We will check with our Fulfillment Center to see if changes can still be made. Expect an update from us within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the request.
The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
- IIf the shipment status shows just “Label Created” or only “The shipment notification has been sent,” please contact us via our Contact Form page. We will inquire with our Fulfillment Center to see if modifications are still viable. Expect an update from us within 24 to 48 business hours on this issue.
- We sincerely ask for your understanding that if the shipment status has advanced from “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” we can no longer promise that we can retract the parcel. Once it has left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit, we will strive to see what assistance we can provide.
