- As our sales are final, defective or incorrect items, or undelivered orders after 30 days (except those marked “delivered” by carriers), will receive a replacement rather than a refund.
Damaged Item

- Sending three photos of the item from multiple angles will help us to expedite the replacement process.

Incorrect Item
- An incorrect item received constitutes receiving a totally different item as shown on our website.
